Step 2

I’ll send a form

I’ll email you a form to fill out, so you can briefly describe what you need help with and the device involved.

Step 3

I’ll review and confirm

If it’s an issue I can assist with, I’ll let you know and arrange a consultation. The consultation fee and any other charges are discussed before work begins.

Step 4

We fix it

Once everything is set, I’ll get to work and keep you updated with simple, clear communication.

You don’t need to know the technical words.
